We’re excited to share that LILLY, the powerful new film about equal pay icon Lilly Ledbetter, will open in select theaters in Chicago on May 9th. The team at Lincoln Road Enterprises could not be prouder! We are honored be a co-executive producer of the film and a sponsor of the film’s Chicago release in partnership with the Women’s Leadership Center at Williams Bay. You are invited to join us at a special private screening on May 15th!
Starring Patricia Clarkson, John Benjamin Hickey and Thomas Sadoski and directed by Rachel Feldman, LILLY tells the remarkable true story of Lilly Ledbetter, a middle manager in an Alabama tire factory who took her fight against pay discrimination all the way to the Supreme Court, despite facing powerful opposition. Lilly’s story is an inspiration and a reminder of the extraordinary impact an “ordinary” citizen can have.
