Women’s Equal Pay Day Rally: March 26

Stand with us for Women’s Equal Pay Day on March 26, 2026—a powerful day of action to raise awareness about the ongoing wage gap and advocate for fair pay for ALL.

Hosted by the Equal Pay Chicago Coalition (EPCC), this rally brings together advocates, community members, and leaders committed to advancing economic justice and closing the wage gap. At a time when working families continue to face attacks—including the harmful decision to freeze the subminimum wage for tipped workers in Chicago, which disproportionately impacts women who make up the majority of this workforce—it is more important than ever that we keep showing up, standing strong, and making it clear that all women and families deserve not just to get by, but to thrive.
